I Won't Make It On My Own

Aren't we so grateful that our Heavenly Father doesn’t get tire of helping us to get through our struggles. He never gives up on us but patiently waits for us to come back to Him saying, “I can not do this without your help.”

Zechariah 4:6 - This is the word of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ‘ Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the LORD of hosts.

God can and will use many different situations we encounter in our life to expose our weaknesses. Whether it is by difficult people we have to encounter, situations that take us outside of our comfort zones, even times where it may seem nothing is going right. If we fail, will we dust ourselves off and start again or will we just throw our hands up in the air and quit?

God’s tests prepare us for the bigger thing…there is something that always comes next. Take these times in stride and count them as JOY. Learn to thank God for these struggles and situations, even when the outcome wasn’t a ‘passing grade’…God gives us grace, why can’t we do that for ourselves?

Heavenly Father, we thank you for each and every situation we encounter. We don’t always get it right and we know that outside of you we can do nothing. It is only by Your strength that we can do what is right. Help us in our times of struggle to always look to You, the author and finisher of our faith! In Jesus name…Amen!
