I Find Rest In You

I will lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety. {Psalm 4:8}

My Lord, I find my rest in you and I wait patiently for you concerning all things pertaining to my life. When I am confused or worried, my soul will return into the dwelling place of your rest where I find your abundant peace. I resist every yoke and burden that is not of you, because your yoke is easy and your burden is light. You are able to save me from afar and deliver me from places of captivity so that I can be at rest, and be quiet and nothing causes me to be afraid. Amen
